GREEN: [I'm good to go and excited about where God is leading our church.]

GREEN APPROACHING YELLOW: [I've had days where i've been tired but I am still excited about what God is doing in and through me and our church.]

YELLOW: [I'm definitely tired. I am going to continue to serve because I know what we are doing is important, but I need to get a break soon.

YELLOW APPROACHING RED: [I'm tired and frustrated. I know we are doing a good thing, but more often than not, it feels like a waste of time. I'm looking for a way to step back.]

RED: [I'm done. I'm still here because I care about everyone and don't want to just walk away, but I'm done.]
